Q:Can I cancel / make changes to my order?
A:You will need to contact us and we will be able to check this for you. If you do wish to cancel an order it is best to contact us as soon as possible so we have a better chance of being able to do it.
Q:Do you ship to my country?
A: At checkout you will be asked about shipping address details, including country. If your country is not on the list of available choices then please contact us via email for a quote firstname.lastname@example.org
We only ship to the UK at the moments but we offer personalised delivery quotes for everyone outside of the UK. Doing it this way enables us to get an accurate price of the postage.
A: If you are not happy with your purchased products please contact us within 28 days of receipt. We will then ask you to return the item to us. Please note that the item has to be in the same condition you received it with no signs of use. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We will refund the money for the product unless it’s ; damaged,in bad condition or has any signs of use.
